Our Story
Built from real work.
Shared with everyone.
Where this started
Business is repetitive by nature — the same reports, the same routines, the same processes running day after day. Early in my accounting career, I realized that the time I was spending on those recurring tasks was time I couldn't spend on what actually mattered: new projects, better analysis, smarter decisions.
So I started automating. One spreadsheet at a time, one process at a time — and the more I built, the more detailed and refined the tools became. What started as a personal efficiency project quietly turned into a library of templates and apps I relied on every single day. That library became Calculated Co.
Why Calculated Co. exists
Not everyone has a finance team, an IT department, or hours to spend building their own systems. But everyone deals with numbers — accounting clerks managing reconciliations, bookkeepers tracking client accounts, small business owners watching cash flow, families trying to stay on budget, and individuals who just want to feel in control of their finances.
Calculated Co. exists for all of them. Whether you need a professional-grade AR tracker for work, a monthly budget planner for home, or something in between — there's a tool here for you. Some are completely free. Others are available at a fair price that reflects the value they deliver.
What we stand for
Every tool here has been used in a real work environment. No filler, no demos — only things that actually work.
Financial clarity shouldn't require a finance degree or an enterprise budget. Good tools should be within reach of everyone.
This library is a living collection — not a finished product. New templates and apps are added as new problems get solved.
When the repetitive stuff runs itself, you're free to focus on the work that moves the needle — or just finally take a breath.
Who this is for
If you work with numbers — or numbers feel like they're working against you — you're in the right place. Accounting clerks, bookkeepers, small business owners, families managing a household, individuals building better habits, parents teaching their kids the value of money, and anyone who just wants to feel more in control. There's something here for you.
You shouldn't need a degree or a big software subscription to make smarter decisions. You just need the right tool.
